- Question: What payment methods do you accept? Answer: Credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- Question: What countries do you ship to? Answer: We ship Worldwide! Please allow some extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery time to some countries may vary.
- Question: What currencies do you accept? Answer: All prices are listed in USD (US Dollar) by default. The currency conversion you will be charged will be done by the payment method chosen based on their current rates of conversion.
- Question: When will my order be processed? Answer: You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days. (Pre-orders will ship upon official product availability release date noted in product description) When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.
- Question:How do I know if my order has been shipped? Answer: You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed.
- Question: When can I expect my order? Answer: Orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order being dispatched. Please allow some extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery time to some countries may vary.

- Question: What is your return policy? Answer: If the item received is defective in any way, simply email us a picture of the item (and the defect) within 14 days of purchase at email@example.com and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you!
